ToothorTV relies on an active Internet connection to stream patient education and marketing playlist. If you see a black screen, it's possible your device had lost connection to the Internet. Please ensure your device is able to connect to the Internet by visiting a website such as google.com in a web browser.

If your playlist features your own movie files, please ensure your files haven’t been renamed, moved, or deleted. If so, you will have to delete them from your playlist and add them back.
